Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Serving the Metrowest Area

At Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center, we provide short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care for residents of Natick, Framingham and the MetroWest region in a skilled nursing center setting. Our status as a non-profit facility allows us to invest in our mission to provide high-quality care for our patients and peace of mind for their family members and loved ones.

Comprehensive Services in a Caring Setting

We offer a range of nursing care and rehabilitation services to patients throughout the Metrowest area.

  • Short-term care is designed to build patient independence during recovery from a surgery, illness, or injury. Physicians, nurses, and physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapists facilitate effective healing and restore the patient’s quality of life. We offer post-operative rehab for joint replacement and other orthopedic surgeries, as well as wound care. We provide cardiac and pulmonary care for those who have had a heart attack or stroke and those who are managing a chronic illness such as COPD or heart disease.
  • Long-term care is designed for those who need constant nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living. Our patients receive treatments such as rehabilitation and therapy sessions as needed, with free time for activities, rest and visitation. Our long-term care is customized for each and every resident.
  • Memory care is a specialized program for patients who have Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. We create a therapeutic environment that optimizes our patients’ cognitive function.

Comfortable, State-of-the-art Amenities

Our patients reside in comfortable private and semi-private rooms in a modern rehabilitation suite. Each room features wireless internet access and a flat-screen TV. Short-term and long-term care residents alike enjoy gourmet meals, beautifully landscaped grounds, and free local and long-distance phone calls.

We also provide ancillary care services on site for convenient access to audiology, optometry, podiatry, dental, nutrition, pharmacy, therapy, and social services.
