January 22, 2024 – [Framingham, MA] – Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Corp. is pleased to announce the appointment of Brendan Tedstone, LPN, as the Director of Clinical Operations for Mary Ann Morse at New Horizons at Marlboro. Brendan’s extensive experience and unwavering commitment to exceptional care make him a valued addition to our growing team.
Brendan has been an integral part of the Mary Ann Morse family since 2014 when he joined as a floor nurse at Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center in Natick. From the beginning, Brendan’s dedication, expertise, and passion for our mission were evident. Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, eventually becoming the unit manager for the Center’s memory care unit.
His journey within Mary Ann Morse continued as he excelled in the role of Resident Care Director at Mary Ann Morse at Heritage assisted living community in Framingham, where he continued to deliver outstanding care to our residents.
After a brief period serving in a director-level role outside of our organization, we are delighted to welcome Brendan back to the Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Corp. family. In his new capacity as Director of Clinical Operations, Brendan will carry forward our tradition of providing the highest quality care. He will be responsible for leading strategic business strategies, maintaining the highest ethical standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies. Brendan will oversee a dedicated team of qualified personnel, working to streamline operations and enhance patient-centered care.
